What is The Color Body Scan?
The color body scan or 'basic analysis' shows you what is happening in your body and mind at this particular point in time and make you more aware of how you see your true self.
During the body scan you will paint -with watercolor paint- on paper, your breathing, your body and your feelings/emotions. In this way we quickly encounter points of interest and blockages that we can address through my intuitive mindfulness.
