Perhaps you have been feeling tired and drained for a while now. Your energy is gone and you react more emotionally, and are quickly agitated. This is not a pleasant situation to be in for too long.
Walking has proven positive effects. It improves your concentration, helps you regain pleasure in your work and life and makes you more satisfied. With physical and psychological stress complaints and with burnout, it has a relaxing effect and restores a sense of well-being.
While walking, we turn inwards with the emphasis to come up with your own solutions and ideas. That has much more impact than when we provide everything. In many cases, the 'solution' is to learn to look at the situation differently, to deal with the situation and to find ways to resolve the situation. A moment of self-reflection and quiet time.
Halfway along the walk we will do a grounding exercise as a group for about 5-10 minutes, whereafter we continue our walk in silence.
Our mindfulness nature walk starts an energy flow that has a healing effect. You gain insight into your theme, what you lost about yourself, makes you so tired and out of your strength, but especially 'why' this happens.
